Full registration includes: Access to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, light lunches, and banquet. It also includes a copy of the conference proceedings.
Student and retiree registration includes: Access to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, and light lunches. It also includes a copy of the conference proceedings.
Registration as a Student requires a written letter on University letterhead, with the statement that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D. student at the time of the Conference, to be signed by the University Professor who is acting as the student’s advisor. This letter should be sent to the SysTol’2016 Secretariat, with the preferred method being a scanned or pdf email attachment. Student registration entitles the participant to a single paper.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy: SysTol’2016 is a three day Conference.
- No later than July 8th 2016: 100% refund except credit card processing fees.
- Between July 8th and July 29th 2016: 50% refund except credit card processing fees.
- After July 29th 2016: No refund
